We have a 24hr return policy. you have 24hrs after receiving your item to request a return if items are faulty or damaged. (Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept refunds for any other reason except for the above)
There is a flat rate of GHC20 for returns
To be eligible for a return, all item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do accept exchange if your return request is not accepted. The quickest way to guarantee you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we exchange it with the same design and size you originally purchased or you select another item within the same price range. In a situation where the new item costs more, we will send you a pay link to make the top up. We do not accept exchange with items that cost lower than the original price of the items being exchanged.
