HOW DO I PURCHASE ITEMS?

To purchase click on the Add To Bag option of the item(s) that you want. The item(s) will then be added to your basket. You can either view your shopping bag or Checkout. Items in My Shopping Bag are not reserved for you and are available for other people to buy so make sure you act fast if there’s something you really want. Items will not be reserved from stock until you have paid for them. If an item goes out of stock it will be shown as 'Out of stock'.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All products have a lead time for duration on the product information page. This is located under the price.


MY PRODUCT WAS NOT DELIVERED WITHIN DAYS SET BY SELLER

If you do not receive your product by the specified duration, you can RAISE A DISPUTE on the product in the ORDERS page within your account.


CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

All sellers will specify their return policy on the product information page. Ensure you check the Returns Info section and are happy with the policy before proceeding to purchase.


HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Each seller may have their own preferred method of sending your products to you. This is determined by the seller and they will confirm once your order is ready.


I CAN'T COMPLETE MY PURCHASE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Make sure you have sufficient funds in both your Mobile Money and bank account. If you have confirmed that you have available funds, it may be necessary to get in touch directly with us to resolve the issue.


HOW DO I LEAVE FEEDBACK FOR AN ITEM I RECENTLY BOUGHT?

Once your item has been received a ‘Leave a review’ prompt will show up in the My Order page. Use the star rating to leave a review for the seller plus a comment. 

If feedback left is unjust or left incorrectly we may remove it without further contact.


CAN I CHANGE MY FEEDBACK?

If you have left feedback incorrectly, or a seller has rectified a problem, you can change your review once. You can change it by viewing the order details page and clicking on ‘Leave a review’ on the specific product.


HOW ARE DISPUTES RESOLVED?

Disputes are resolved by Oparlor Customer Support. Once they have been resolved, Oparlor will record the result. Oparlor may then take further action if deemed necessary, this can include payment reversal, or the suspension of selling or buying privileges.


WHAT IS PAY STACK?

Pay Stack is a secure online payment method, which allows you to pay or get paid quickly and easily via Mobile money and bank account.


HOW DOES PAY STACK WORK ON OPARLOR?

We use Pay Stack to process all transactions. At check out, you will be redirected to Pay Stack to purchase your items. You will have to either pay using your mobile money details or bank account details. After a successful payment you will be redirected to an Order Confirmation page.
