Deliveries are made every Wednesdays and Saturdays. Orders placed during the week go out on Saturdays while orders made during the weekend go out on Wednesdays. To be sure, weekdays include Monday to Thursday and weekends include Friday to Sunday.
Please note that our standard fee for delivery is GHS 30
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 3 day return for an exchange.
Please note that an exchange is subject to availability of your newly desired garment. If the exchange garment is not available, we are unable to accept your return.
For quality reasons, all garments returned for an exchange must be unworn, neatly packaged, unwashed and have the tags on it in a condition suitable for resale.
Items returned for an exchange will incur delivery costs.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items.
